Act as a lead consultant in key infrastructure implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, directly into enterprise customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
1) Essential Experience
• Proven CRM project implementation experience; ideal you have already served as a technical lead on several CRM assignments.
• Have a strong passion for CRM and Microsoft Technologies.
• A Proven ability to operate at a senior level in large organisations.
2) Functional and Technical Skills
• Deep Technical knowledge and experience of core related Microsoft server technologies including some or all of the following:
• Microsoft CRM 3.0
• Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2003 R2 / 2008
• SQL Server 2000 / 2005 (Database, Analysis and Reporting Services)
• Internet Information Server 5.0 / 6.0 / 7.0
• Exchange Server 2000 / 2003 / 2007
• Understanding and experience of a broad range of Microsoft server technologies including some or all of the following:
• Windows SharePoint Services / MOSS 2007
• BizTalk Server 2004 / 2006 / 2006 R2
• Team Foundation Server 2005
• Microsoft Operations Manager 2005 / Systems Center Ops Manager 2007
• Systems Management Server 2003 / Systems Center Config Manager 2007
• Project Server 2007
• Some Visual Studio 2005 development experience would also be beneficial
• Experience of Technical Design and Sizing complex infrastructure solutions
• Experience of large scale testing and performance tuning complex solutions
• Has a structured approach to troubleshooting complex and high profile issues with customer implementations.
• Understands n-tier architecture scalability and availability topics.
• Experience of playing roles in all phases of sales and project lifecycle.
• Strong facilitation and presentations skills.
• Track record of leading work streams in large/complex scenarios.
3) Qualifications
• Bachelor degree
• Beneficial: MCSE / MCSD / Microsoft CRM Certified
