Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant / Developer

Due to a rich seam of lucrative, high end projects a Lead Dynamics CRM developer is required to provide the best in class implementation, applications customisation, and consulting services on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
You will be based from the Berkshire offices with half your time spent on customer sites in the Thames Valley and the London area.
The Role
The role is to act as a lead consultant in key implementations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, directly into high end customers or in support of new and existing clients.
Essential Experience
Proven CRM project implementation experience at enterprise level; ideal candidate has already served as a development lead on several CRM assignments. Has a strong passion for CRM and Microsoft Technologies. Participated as development/customisation lead throughout the full software development lifecycle.
The Package
£50k to £60k Basic (depends on experience) + Pension + Private Healthcare + Car allowance
Skills

Functional and Technical Skills
• Experience of C#.Net customisation of Dynamics CRM (with SDK and Scribe experience).
• Deep understanding of XML WebServices, .Net framework (1.1 and 2.0)
• Visual Studio 2005 development experience
• Understanding of IIS, including creating new sites and authentication mechanisms
• Microsoft SQL Server and Windows 2000-2003 Server management and development
• Understanding of SQL Server Reporting and Integration Services technologies
• EAI techniques in general (pro-cons per scenario) and has some experience on XML, MS Biztalk
• Familiarity with broader Microsoft stack, including Office, MapPoint, SharePoint, etc.
• Understanding the importance of Active Directory and Authentications mechanisms
• Recognises the benefits and limitations of working with a meta-data customisation model
• Has demonstrated ability to design complex solutions in a variety of environments
• Has followed professional implementation methodologies and approaches
• Experience of playing roles in all phases of sales and project lifecycle
• Strong facilitation and presentations skills
• Track record of leading work streams in large/complex scenarios
