Job Description
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will help implement intelligent, natural language interaction solutions. This will involve installing, configuring, and integrating the intelligent search and knowledge management products into customer’s websites and enterprise systems. You will also help integrate the products with leading CRM, packages. The work will require a technical and functional knowledge of the product (training provided) as well as the ability to understand the business and technical needs of customers. You'll be a key project team member charged with the analysis of user and technical requirements, specifications development, solution design and development, testing and deployment.
You will become an expert with the technology, functionality, and implementation methodology. You'll serve as a key resource for customers and integration partners, who will call upon you to apply the technology to help solve their business problems.
Required Experience
• 6+ years of Enterprise Software consulting and implementation experience
• High level of proficiency with Java, Perl, and Relational Databases
• Experience with Linux, Unix, and NT development environments
• Proficiency with XML, HTML, SQL, JSP, and ASP
• Ability to work on multiple projects at any given time
• Must be willing to travel
Desired (Not Required):
• Knowledge of application servers (Tomcat, Weblogic)
• Knowledge of distributed computing technologies (EJB/COM)
• Experience deploying or integrating with CRM applications, Siebel, Vignette, Clarify, Kana, or other
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

£50k to £60k plus Company stock options
